Adeline is an original character, made for an animated concept trailer called 'A Touch of Rouge'. I sculpted the character using Maxon Z-Brush, then retopologised and UV unwrapped using Autodesk Maya. Additionally, I rigged the character for animation in Maya, using NG Skin tools to aid my workflow. The facial rig is largely joint based, with a few blendshapes in the eyes and mouth to create expressive deformations.
I modelled low-poly costumes, and her boots in Maya, then added detail in Z-Brush using a subdivision workflow. In Adobe Substance Painter, I hand painted the character, adding elements like the tights, choker and gloves, with assistance from Christian Emerton texturing her red dress.
